Was charged 14.95 on my bank statement from bargain benefits. I have no idea what this is. When calling the number it says call cannot be completed as dialed

I received a call from my banks fraud department today. I was told this website had tried to charge my debit card $14.95 two times. Once in October and then again in November. My bank reported my debit card as stolen, luckily my bank issues there own debit card and i was able to get a new one the same day. Watch out for this website, complete scam!
