Thanks for your swift response.. I got your mail and after proper
evaluation with my family, i have decided to make use of your offer
for me and my family's vacation. Also a pre-arrangement has been made
with a tour guild who will take care of our flight tickets, car rental
services and other logistics services which I believe you may not
provide in your place.so we have engaged the services of an outbound
tour guild.

However, you will be authorized to charge from my credit card 100%
deposit for your service plus 6800 Euros for our out bound tour guild,
I really need you to make the charges for the tour guild as she does
not have a credit card facilities to put through her charges(POS
machines.)

The terms are 100% deposit now for a firm reservation.

Upon the receipt of my credit card, You will be authorized to charge
6800 Euros (tour guild fee) plus 100% deposit for your service and
pass on the balance to our out bound tour guild to enable her make
other arrangements for our arrival as explained in my above email.

I understand that you pay a surcharge to your credit card company on
the amount of the transaction, I confirm that am willing to pay the
surcharge.

Please confirm the charges as below:

1. 100% deposit for your service...........
2. Logistics Fees :..............................6800 Euros
3. Bank% charge on card(surcharge):.....

TOTAL................................................

I will send you my credit card details once I receive your
confirmation email, so that you would charge as agreed and authorized
by me and I also hope our visit will be made comfortable.
